I watched a rated movie that I shouldn't have watched.
It was paranormal.
I didn't even get scared...
Well, at the ending when the demon/lady went on the screen and her face had HUGE FLIPPING EYES AND PARANIA-LIKE TEETH...

But like, its about the matureness in my opinion, not the age.

What I think of this -


I'm 11 years old ( 12 in 3 weeks I belive) Usually I don't nessasarly chat in the rooms (in game) I basically i'm on whisper or tribe chat so I don't say anything that much in the rooms anymore.
People saying innaproprite stuff - I have to agree because kids as young as 10 or so play this game, I think they should make a rule about this, people under 9 or so whenever they cuss the words get censored,

Kids have changed, when I was 4 I had my very own computer that my dad bought, and I spilled water on it a few days later ( I can't remember when)
5/6 years later my brother lends his computer to me because he got a macbook pro. But somehow it dosent work after like 1 or 2 months...


Now kids in my school have ipods/iphones thease days.... Ipod i understand because I have one but iphones...... I know kids that are like 10 and under and they have iphones.
So thats all I have to say. For an 11 year old girl I have a really huge opinion

It's really the parent's fault for giving them these things, and not themselves.

And what don't you understand about IPhones? There's no difference between a phone and a Iphone, aside from the games and speed. They're used to contact and text people, so incase they get lost, they know who to call, and what to do.

And it's good that you don't use the chat anymore, it's more mature than caps spamming

The only thing I wish for right now is better censorship.

I'll use an example.
!@$hole would be censored.
But putting a letter or symbol to the end would not censor it.
Nor does capitilizing any of the word.

I feel this game should include the younger children, but maybe there should be a 10 and under room or something, because I gotta say...their grammar is disconcerting.
I'll admit, I openly say that I am 8 years old, though that is not true.
This game has mice, adorable little mice. Why should we stop children from playing? Most of them don't chat anyway.
A lot of them are mature, in my opinion, compared to some of the older peeps playing.
This is just my observation.

His license I believe, I saw it somewhere lost in the Q and A, probably not his license but it's something else to proof that you're eighteen.
There's always others ways to prove you're eighteen though ^_^

I am sure they would not just literally ask for just A PHOTO to prove your identity.
To Hire or appoint someone there SHOULD be an interview, and maybe abit of "bonding" before a final agreement to employ that guy.

That is 100% false. You can take an ip grabber and give somebody a link, and if they go to it, It will log your ip adress. Its not that hard to go to google and type in 0.0.0.0.0(this isnt an actual ip, just an example) IP Lookup. It will give you an idea where they live.

There is no way to stop under-aged kids from doing what they want online, unless it asks for a credit card to join, or some type of Identification. But the only way to actually try and prevent people 12 and under is to ban them, They will eventually realize that oh. I made an account that got banned and I ended up making another account and that got banned. Thats where the I.P. bans come in. But what if there 12 and their birthday just passed. Then you have to go through the contact page and try and request to get your ip ban cleared. And people who arent 13 yet are going to be spamming the contact page and the IRC asking for their ip bans to be cleared, and its all going to just be complete chaos. But then there comes the whole "lie about the age" issue. You just cant prevent under-aged kids from going to websites that the want to go to. And in todays "society" parents will most likely not read the privacy policy or game rules. So people just need to learn to be honest and trustworthy in general, instead of saying, yeah. im 15 years old when there actually 10. The communities nowadays in the game are horrid. For christ sake i have a friend whos brother is 5 years old and he plays the game. You dont think that 5 year old kid is going to be seeing swear words on the game and start talking like that at home. Its all just ridicule. So the best thing to do is when registering put an Email (required) and an age box.

Yes but one of the first things one should to is read the Rules and Privacy Policy. Ima hippocrit for that because I sure as hell didnt. But after a while I did

I think everybody should be able to use the internet, I have no objection to underage people sharing their opinions and games.

However I do totally agree that about 50% of these kids are extremely annoying. Personally I don't say anything on the internet that I wouldn't in real life, I don't think kids realise this and choose to abuse the fact they can be as 'grown up' as they like behind the protection of a screen.

It particarly annoys me how 'gay' is considered a big insult among alot of young people, i thought those days were nearly over, way to go yet it seems. I'm personally not gay but I'm not going to be insulted if somebody calls me gay, because it just inst an insult.

Excessive swearing and being spammy is always annoying and totally unnesseary however in some cases in can get way too far. There are alot examples of school age children that take the 'behind the screen' advantage to the extreme. I remember how people at school would always be going to the Head of Year's office in regard to hateful cyberbullying and even death wishes/threats. There was a girl in my region who recently commited suicide thanks to ask.fm (You might have actually heard about this on the news).

Unfortunately, it's completely uncontrollable. You can't ask for ages on registration because everybody under 13 would just lie about there age, the only reason to add this to a site is to LOOK like you are doing something to prevent the issue in the eyes of law, despite it being totally useless.

The only thing that can be done is to put in place disciplinary action for those who choose to be rude/abusive/over cursing/spamhappy. It is a shame not all sites are moderated very well in my opinion...
