I really think that's at 40 but

I have spend 2 days to make it,survivng so many maps . Maybe it was a bug or it was really gave at 50 survives

Did Transformice change it or are they just trolling? I got Candy Lord at 30.

There's a lot of false information swirling around with this event. Candy Lord does indeed seem to be 30, and the badge is at 40, which has been confirmed by another user in this thread (just a bit above our posts).
