Add "Rape" to the Filter

I support but "rape" is not going to be added in EN [EN1] because Sydo said that EN has no filters, but all the other servers do like EN2.

The "filters" are language filters, NOT inappropriate language filters. There ARE filters for the latter.

I can't tell you how irritated and disgusted I get in survivor rooms on vampire maps, when most people are all-capsing about raping and giving the mice HIV and AIDS. It's so disgusting.
