What program(s) I use(old):
MS Paint 7: Its more awful than the old one that I used to draw with.
DeviantART muro: Not my most faved but its so easy to draw with my touch pad that I never have to use curve tool(and theres no curve tool somehow)

Paint tool SAI : I love it so much! My online friend gave me a free full version download version of it thats virus free, but I have to use the curve tool(thats hidden in the linework layer(next to layer) because I can't draw on my touchpad easy as DeviantART Muro does.
