First of all, the forehead is big, and the ears are a bit bigger. Try making those parts smaller. Also, put the ears to the side of the head, and not on the top.

The shading is a bit dark, and the sun is WAY too big. You should only make the sun big when you're making a sunset, or when the character is near the sun in space or on a cliff.

The background is really blurry. I only reccomend bluring the clouds slighty, so that they look fluffy like real clouds, and not blur the whole background.

I putted my airbursh at a big size since when I make it small it looks more like a small fluff in the sky ._.'

I try the shadings already. First time shading actually. The sun is supposed to be big since Im abit... off.... for..... Rattata-Curls to be abit floating off ground but Ill change that.

The part of the forehead was abit.. off... cause of the eyes and ears... The ears were supposed to be big to fit how I drew since I was abit shaking as I was drawing infront of my cousins.

You could try erasing the colour that got out of the blakc lines. The feet doesnt look very similar to each other. Try giving the other foot toes too :)

that is drawn perfectly fine

well, the way I shade I just make a new layer (above the fur coloring layer but below the outline layer) and i just use a darker shade of the fur color and go around in some places that look like they would need to be shaded (like the outside/inside of ears and along the tail and on the body)

I actually like that drawing a lot :O Your anatomy's really good. c: I would consider drawing the face shape of it like an actual dinosaur instead of just a round head.

Other then that I really like it ^^

i especially like the claws/feet/legs area on that dinosaur

The arms look like boob arms. Or is it your style? Because I constantly nag at people who draw boob arms and lazy feet. :/ The feet is very uncomfortable looking. Try standing and sitting like that and see how much you can stand/sit for.

Like Meisftw said, the face is too round. Try making it lower around the nose area. Overall, it's really good!

I do not need help with shading. But more on coloring. I'm pretty colorblind (colors looks grayscale or too light/dark) and colors are really off most of the time when I hand pick my colors.

You can look at other people's pictures for references. Practice makes perfect!

Mice feet are just fingers with paws for them. They can grab, they can run, and they can hold on to things. This black picture I put, it had no details or a mouse so you can focus on the feet.
