TBH, i srsly think motion effects are GOOD. like really good.
It makes the game more "Realitic"
Motion and sound effects makes things come to :life" and i would LOVE that.
like because im an artistic mousey and i love animated stuff
But the thing is that animating motion background can be abit... difficult i can say?
adding all of this, programming may also be hard, because it is a adding on.
Not to forget that Backgrounds are just a Picture.
You are just telling them to recreate the background to make it animated o3o. meli would be very busy then.
Lastly... it can cause lag :I
