Yes, a thread is needed, to docoment every time they break.
If it wasn't needed it would've been locked the two months ago it was made. If you think it needs to be lcoked then by all means report it, but given I had multiple sentinels post here it wont be.

Nara mentioned before that it was related to the external company hosting the avatars. Whether this is still the issue or something else I don't know, but either way it's not something that Nara or any of the other admins can help directly.
