Both of them are the best ideas I have seen so far. And, I think it would be really great to see this project in the future.
I won't need to use lots of ideas with making annoying doors with nails and stuff. xDDD
And, the mouse hole. I wouldn't need to go back and forth anymore. Which is gonna be suprising to see too. :PP

The door is awesome because I hate using the sliding doors which close so slow /support

It feel like a home on deepworld game.
Im enjoyed how the house system was made on that game so it can be really nice if added into tfm.

Besides the door, I think there's a colour door with coloured switch too to open door with same colour. Ex : red open red door.

And temporary door which can opened a while after opened then lock by himself. U can open the door at 1 side (front) but u can't open it from other sides. Door will open like 3 second then closed.
