Yes, it does.

I kind of feel sorry for whoever owned the account name Bootcamp (inb4 R.I.P.). I do not know if it's originally their account, or if they played on it often, but it would have been nice if the /pw command could only be used in case-sensitive rooms such as "Bootcamp, or Swirlfire", rather than "bootcamp, or swirlfire".

But I wish we could also lock private rooms without nickname. (e.x pinoy)
Since /room pinoy is an official room for Filipinos, we would like to lessen the number of foreigners farming cheese in that room.
