Tribe requirements

Okay, as you know there are a lot of tribes with requirements. Tribes with many mice can be difficult for the Spiritual Chief to make sure that mice who don't meet the requirements don't enter the tribe so this suggestion would help this problem.

A new permission would be created called "Can edit tribe requirements".

The spiritual chief OR anyone who has a rank with this permission could go to the tribe menu where there would be a tab called "Requirements" (all members can view this tab).

Once there, he can choose what the requirements for his tribe are with a list of each possible requirement and a space to type in (numbers only), see below.

*I replaced "History logs" only for the screenshot since I'm not that good, it would actually be a fourth tab!

If you edit the requirements and an existing member does not meet it a pop up appears saying "The following members do not meet the requirements, continue?", continuing would kick them from the tribe thus the tribe leader having to be careful to choose who can edit this!

After setting the requirements, if a member tries to recruit someone who doesn't meet them instead of saying "Your invitation has been sent." it would be "This user does not meet your tribe's requirements."

I know that Moepl's tribebot already does most of this but not everyone can keep their bot online 24/7.

Note sure exactly why this was removed since it wasn't doing any harm to anyone (If some could explain why I would be really grateful), it was really helpful in large tribes so tribe shamans/leaders did not have to search through a massive list of members.

New command called /tr

With /tr (TR = TribeRank) you can give someone a new rank without searching for their name in the tribelist (helpful for large tribes)

So for example, typing in /tr Sandermr would open this popup and you could asset a rank for this member. It would help alot in large tribes.

ah I wouldn't like this, I know some people who come on very rarely but have been there since the beginning and I wouldn't want to lose them
