It should have teleportation, if you add other stuff it's ok too. You don't have to only use teleportation.

I think he meant stuff that teleports objects that would effect the gameplay, so not the mice teleporting

As long as you have mice teleportation and your map doesn't need a shaman, it should technically be fine.

Yes, you just need to set fixed rotation, a circle ground with 15 L will work the same as a mouse
