Stop raging so much. Your map was bad and it didn't get to top-3. (nor even shortlist)
If you don't like these maps, go make your own map making contest.

I was reading all these comments and I decided to eat some popcorn, who wants some?

It seems some people were expecting this contest to churn out the best maps in Transformice. The problem is the expectations if anything. It's just a contest, and not a serious one. With an award of 800 cheese for first, I don't really see any motivation behind creativing something spectacular.

Actually this is a serious contest: it's been going for over a year now. I don't think a non-serious map contest would go on for that long, especially one that is now hosted by the map crew. Before the map rotation change, the prize for the map contest was cheese and a P1 map. A P1 map was pretty big deal back then, because it was basically P4 - P9 put together with very high standards. There weren't that many P1s back then, so I guess that motivated people to make great maps.

So yes, originally the contest was expected to churn out the best maps in Transformice. Perhaps people think that the prizes have been toned down a bit now, but I don't know ^^

I didn't see shortcuts or several ways in Zarner's map, anyway. U mad

I didn't see either, I can only see an idea copy of a P9 map, sorry... We see when the results were bad, when many people complain about it. :) It's not only me, you can see now. Let's see how the next contest goes...

Mimilkinha's map is a copy of @1925029, the original by Zarner.

@Danshweger - While you and Fxie were talking/bickering, I'm sure that I posted what the shortcut on Zarner's map is. It's very obvious if you just think about it.
