In one of my tribes I had some dude kept inviting someone and the leader kept getting angry and kicking them.At one point she asked if it was me and I said I didn't.So I think it would help her.

this would make the trollers in the tribe feel bad for themselves.
Also they might have made that acc to troll, so you would know.
And punish both...
