Here is a map I've made in the past using what you could call a "Teleport". You can easily make this mech so that on the opposite side of the mice spawn, you can not return.

So really, this suggestion is not needed. I take away my previous support of this, and say the thread should be locked, because the idea would take the challenge out of map making.

wait so are you saying on this map you can only get to the hole with cheese through the shamans portals? because I played and you only need to walljump

Uh. It's not about the map. It's the teleporting mech that sends you to the other side, that's all. What this thread suggests has already been done in a mechanism and shoul not be automated.

It is not about the shaman portals.
See, all I did was take away the restitution on the blue rectangle ground on the right side, and it works the same as the ground idea that was suggested in this thread. @1982307

There, I easily changed it to a blocking "thingie" and not a teleportation "thingie".
And this glitch would be superior to the new ground, the mechanism can be changed in size, and would be more appealing to the eye if you know how to hide the nails, and make it blend in with the map.

This used 4 grounds, not including the earth ground used to hide the mechanism. And like Fxie said, would keep map making more professional.

Yes, Harder. This would make map making and noobs could easily make a map that can already be made by someone more experienced.

See, all I did was take away the restitution on the blue rectangle ground on the right side, and it works the same as the ground idea that was suggested in this thread. @1982307

Either way, I think there should be a ground that does this new idea

But when it's not necessary, why the fuck would the devs go ahead and implement it!?
It's already possible, there is video to do it, if you want a map with a one-way door-way, just look at the youtube link I had provided, and do it like a pro.
