It is almost impossible to make a secure CAPTCHA system in-game. There are always people who are able to make 'CAPTCHA-readers'. There are also 'CAPTCHA-readers' downloadable on the internet. It'll be handy to have it implemented in-game, but you're not 100 percent sure to have no spam-bots anymore. It'll help a bit!
