Why does it say 'do not suggest cats or other animals' and animal furs (zebra tiger etc) and other stuff (fish bowl cat hat) havebeen added? Why cant we suggest animal items?

Because this is a mouse game, not a transformation-dog-dragon game. 'Animals' is most likely referring to an animal during gameplay and you can suggest animal shop items, just not animals itself.
