Imagine everyone using the "Censor" to get away with inappropriate images. Also I don't think I would like to see a uncomfortable image EVERY time I log in.

I updated my post. Now if you click Censor, it will censor it for everyone. So if you see a penis, click Censor and it will be gone forever. I'm imagining like a pixelated version of the picture, or the picture being blacked out.

Explain more, please. The mods should first detect what they are putting, and it should be matching a bit with the tribe name. And how would it look if you logged on and the tribe greeting popped up with a scary gif/picture?

Well, yeah, I'd say the mods should see every photo that has been submitted, and verify if it's okay. Personally, I'd be hysterical, but if I was scared, I'd hit the Censor button. Or maybe implement a Hide button, that will hide the image.

Yes, but you never know if they put another scary photo or something with censor. And putting a hide/turn on button would be useless, maybe you'd want one for the tribe without scary, then there'd be no reason to click 'hide'.

You can just remove the picture from the greeting.

But it doesn't change the fact that I just saw a picture that was Porn/Gore/etc related.

For sensitive material images, you could use the censor as a spoiler instead and then input the reason why it's spoilered.
People will know what they're going to view before they open the censor/spoiler.

for all those saying there would be lag, scary pics, inappropriate stuff, etc:
i think that only the leader can put pics, not just random tribe members. and the admins or mods will look at the pic to see if it is not scary and appropriate. the picture would just be sort of small so if it is like a shock gif(i know we are not talking about gifs, there are still scary pics out there) the admins/mods wont get scared. And it probably shouldnt show up when you log on, there will just be a space where the picture should be. for the lag, maybe make it a small size(as in kb, mb, gb, etc) so that it should be as less laggy as possible. although i dont know much ^^" i honestly think the picture should just be for things like tribe banners, theres no use of putting a random picture of cheese.
