Well, we already have shaman modes that reward more skilled shamans, there's not much else you could do to shaman modes to make them more difficult without making it impossible.

I did however have one idea -

Critical Mode - Sets your Shaman level to Level 1.

The idea behind Critical Mode would be to allow shaman to set their shaman level to 1, without having to pay to redistribute their points. Let them temporarly disable all shaman skills to play without them, and turn them back on when they're ready to. It's more for convenience, than gameplay mode, but I'm sure people will find its uses (Such as #spiritual as mentioned above, or contests).

Given this would be applied alongside another shaman tier and not become it's own tier I don't see a need for rewards. But if you wanted to be crazy you could make it like Divine but without skills or shaman range. Personally though I'd rather just have the option of turning off skills when I want to, to play any shaman mode without skills effecting.

[size=8](also would make testing shaman maps with various modes easier ._.)

a mode for begginers, where it shows you how to use anchors and what the summonables are for
and maybe a skill only for creativity ( like the arrow pencil thingy you use in some maps )

Omg, Zou, thank you for posting this. :D

Shaman mode where you can only use your skills from your skill trees. ''Skill Goddess''
You will have limited number of Blue/Yellow nails and limited number of planks (5-8 maybe).

#First!

Best suggestion right here. If you were to add a new mode, it should be this.

I would like to add to this idea, though. In this mode, you will be able to use spirit again.

If we're talking about a mode after Devine, I'd something like Hell Mode or something.
Going off what would be hard for me(Devine mode still pretty easy...)

No Skills(Other than like revive/hearts/cheese/unburstable/apples/etc).
Night Mode, no matter what map.
Low Range.
Only Vpins.
No Arrows.
Only Planks/Boxes.
All i can think of for now...

As for the stat... would love some sorta Honor kinda thing, get saves-get honor/lose saves-lose honor, but doubt thatll be possible :P

Mini Mode, in which shaman objects spawned are significantly (~50%) smaller and lighter than normal shaman objects. Other than the size/mass reductions, it would be virtually the same as Hard Mode in terms of mechanics.

Some notes:
  • A visual of what some of the size reductions could tentatively look like, with the pink grounds representing the reduced size of the adjacent object in Mini Mode.
  • Balloons travel at the same speed upward, but become more sensitive to the weight of mice and thus pop slightly more easily.
  • Since masses decrease, the densities of objects in water are lower too, which means they float up more quickly and/or sink more slowly.
  • Runes shrink in size, yet retain the same mass and exert the same amount of force on other objects, meaning that runes would become more useful in Mini Mode!
  • No anvils.

(I wouldn't use it because I'll never deviate from Easy Mode, but I figured I'd suggest it anyway)

This please!
Also I think we should have an easier shaman mode as we have 2 hard ones and only one basic mode. So I think there should be a much easier mode where you can add two ancors at once. So you can put a red ancor on both ends of a plank and it will stick to the map. Idk.

What about a random shaman mode?
My first idea is similar to Tetris game in which a random block comes and player must use it and settle it in suitable place.
Shamans would spawn the first object and the following ones could be seen next to chat box. Just like Tetris game, shaman wouldn't be able to choose shaman objects s/he'll spawn, but they'd come randomly. Shamans must find a way to use it for their buildings or just "throw it away" in an empty place around the map.
-
Edit: Shaman skills could also come randomly next to chat box. As the map starts, shaman has no skills, no matter which level s/he is. Then, the skills s/he owns would appear in a random way. Shaman must use them in the sequence they appear, so s/he can't really choose which skills to use.

Eh, do we really need more modes? I almost thought divine was too much, it seems to be enough though. I mean, it's fine if we do, I just don't see how we do.
