UP Admins?

Well, I think it's a matter of being active in the server.

I'm a brazilian guy, but I've been playing in the NA for ages and I can use the chat normally, same way I can type while playing in the Brazilian server (even though I don't play there that much).

I'm sorry for bringing this topic up, I had recent problems of speaking in different servers, even though I had a basic knowledge of the language, I think it's a matter of time, if you keep playing in that server.

I'm asking if he would think it's racist if only Turkish people could speak in the TR server. Because he's saying that preventing Turkish people from speaking in certain servers is racist. I'm wondering if he would think the same about foreigners speaking other languages in his server.
