I'm pretty sure AR stafff applications are open however? Plus as I stated, you don't know if there's an arb or a hidden mod.

Haru in small servers an arb is spotted really easily. Anyone that became a secret mod won't be preserving that "secret" for too long, anyone know who the former italian staff is, it has always been easy because the pool of candidate is really small, Imho the "secret" for small servers should not be a priority, but the priority should be the good work.

Honestly, who cares if everyone know the manes of the arbs if they moderate correctly and are helpful? The huge hyatus generated bby us italian players wasn't related to "We have mods boooo" it was "We have mods that are not doing their work properly".

If no moderators are online, it can be the only and final solution. Yes, there are hidden/private mods, but sometimes there aren't, or they are busy with so many other reports, or they are playing, or afking, etc etc. If you have reported someone and nothing is being done for a good 10-20 minutes you might as well take matters into your own hands. It's not like theyll stop hacking anyways and a moderator can get to it later. Just make sure to report first and give it some time. The application process is also there, not just to find someone, but also to prove that someone wants to actually help staff and the community. If you don't put the effort into writing a 5 paragraph or so application then why would you put the effort to even help? And we aren't going to lower standards to hire someone just because they can be mature and are a likable person. Clearly, if they received sanctions, they are not exactly following the rules or always a good person. Especially if they have multiple mutes/warnings. That being said, it does not hurt to apply anyways, cause some mutes could be overlooked, especially if its just like one for spam. It doesn't hurt to try.

AR isn't any special compared to all the other communities. Hackers are everywhere. You can report, whisper a mod, and wait. You donot even need to speak good English, just say hacker and give the name and generally the mod can understand what you want done. Now do not spam the hell out of them (had someone send me 20 messages in one minute :x) but annoying the mods for a hacker with one message is okay, its not even annoying.

We are also constantly trying to find new staff for all communities that need it. This is why applications for almost every community are open. No one is abandoned and no one is ignored but when we do not speak the language of the community we certainly cannot stay around and try to help by google translating everything and hoping we can understand what is going on. Its taxing.

Hmm I think you've 1 thing wrong that, today hackers 3 of them did hack for a hour then one of them insulted a religion and leave, I never saw a hidden mod in ar just ones who I call.

I never said anything about there being hidden mods in AR. I said whisper mods English actually. So you did what I suggested.
