I bought fraises a lot a few months ago and gifted a lot, but none of my fraises were doubled or glitched. They arrived in the exact amount.
Now a lot of my friends lost their gifts from me

You were not part of the 100 pool of people that got their gifts cancelled. Your friends probably lost their furs given by someone else than you.

I hope I get my fur back maybe ( if i am able to ) because i traded a animal jam item ( rare yellow long collar :L ) for Maxwentmoo to get me a white fluffy 6000 cheese fur and the 1500 cheese moon tail. Admins, please fix this misunderstanding for some of us ( The innocent ) who probably traded their rare animal jam items and lost their fraises due to this fraud. Please understand that I just am depressed how i lost half of my trade between different games and that i just feel scammed.

You shouldn't have traded other games' intellectual property in the first place.

You are in touch with Galaktine through the contact form, and you told us you knew those fraises were scammed and asked us not to ban you, yet you made gifts with them. You're lucky we didn't ban your account entirely.

We identified a new type of fraud this morning, related to a Paypal error, and we indeed removed all gifts generated by people who abused this fraud.

Since it's apparently quite old and people sometimes got this error unwillingly, we didn't ban those accounts, we simply removed their gifts and put their fraise count to 0.

We did a big database request and eliminated all potentially innocent accounts, trimming the selection down to less than 100 accounts. They just gifted a lot, so quite a lot of gifts got cancelled.

We didn't cancel any purchase you have done for yourself. Only gifts got cancelled.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
