You're missing the whole idea on how this works. I don't a generator that is a swf that allows you to make your own but something thatreturns an image of a mouse based by code from api. Two different things.

Missing!? Firstly, micetigri also is swf based. dressroom.swf. Secondly, Fewfre's generator also can generate url-based code that can instantly create image of mouse (Pre-generated outfit, this will create a girl outfit.) Similar genetaion tech as Micetigri.
