When will application to helper be open? Only when they need new members?

Hey guys!! I have got some news. Thanks to Ediz's help, now we will be able you to help you even when we are not online!

If you require any kind of help, now you are able to join the #help chat by typing /chat #help in-game and write us there. Even if there are no helper online at your community, you will still be able to talk with us and ask us to lend you a hand. You will receive an answer from any helper from any community (if you write in English) and you will see on this chat posted by Edizzy.

We hope you this will help you to get rid of your doubts sooner than before. Once again, we would like to thank Ediz for the help he has given us!! \o/

I don't see why they're not accepting applications. Isn't the point of Helpers to lessen the strain on moderators so they don't have to bother with simple in-game questions? I didn't even know about Helpers until a few weeks ago and I've been playing for over 2 years.

Helpers should be re-opened & there needs to be more publicity that this exists. /chat #help needs to be more known!

I agree. Well, I am a helper of the German community but we're not as big as EN/EN2 is.
But I don't see most of the English helpers - It feels kind of dead. Opening the Applications would be the best thing they could do if you ask me;;

it takes some quite of a while to check through since theyre busy doing stuff as testing some potential new stuff to the game and fixing bugs/glitches, busy answering customer service, and the list goes on. should be common sense on why it takes for them quite a while instead to expect it to happen in a flick of a finger.

gotta agree on help chat though, havent heard much around it, as im pretty sure nearly none uses it which is quite sad alright

Helpers aren't staff therefore they don't have access to "customer service" they don't test content nor do they fix bugs or glitches - those are the responsibilities of admins / mods. Unless you're referring to the "application process" then I guess I understand? But it's not a staff position so they shouldn't be screening them like it is.

I've been in the #help chat for a few days now and I've noticed applications aren't even necessary since anyone and everyone can help out in the chat. I feel that applications are only needed if someone has an issue that no one in the chat could help with and so "helpers" are notified in the help discord - so like helpers would be only those who are willing to help with offline tfm with whatever questions.

It has been a while! I also don't see many of my fellow EN helpers on that much. But the #help chat looks neato!
