Ban appeal
I literally enter transformice join into a vanilla room and first one time said goodbye to my friends in the room and went to sleep, when I wake up I enter and I'm banned. My ban started yesterday and was applied today for no reason, and Do not know which moderator gave the punishment

" I don't know which mod thought it would make sense to mute me for drawing CLOTHED people with the paintbrushes, but apparently we are not allowed to draw anymore. I think the admin need to be better at communicating with players before dropping the boot on them. I did not receive any warnings, and i didnt see anybody else get muted for actually cussing in chat. It makes zero sense to me that they take away my paint tools in order to stop my from writing "i was muted".

Description: Hello, I have been permanently banned on my account Areesh#0000 and this is in regards to my previous appeal. I truly apologise for the tone and language I may have used. I would like to offer my apology to any members of the LGBTQ community that I may have hurt or offended. At the end of the day, I realised that it is unfair to judge someone or their personal choices. While I do agree I threw a remark stating “I’m homophobic,” I didn’t quite mean it and I hadn’t read the new terms and conditions or the updated rules of conduct of the game. I started playing transformice in 2010, when such criteria was not stated in the rules of conduct. I played under the supervision of my mother back in the day and she made sure to remind me of the rules everyday, but she never mentioned a rule where it stated homophobia is prohibited in the game. Thus, I had no knowledge of the updated rules of conduct. I apologise for my behaviour again, I meant no offence to anyone. I feel shameful for any offensive slurs I may have wrote. I will work on educating myself more in regards to the LGBTQ community as well as acceptance. Even if the law in my country states otherwise, I want to learn more about the LGBTQ community as I am willing to practice tolerance and love. I would like to extend my apology to any moderators or administrators that I may have bothered or offended. Although there is no justification to my previous behaviour and the words I mentioned in my previous appeal, I’d like to point out a few causes that triggered such a behaviour. I was diagnosed with a bipolar disorder and ADD in 2019 (if proof or screenshots of my diagnosis are required, please reply me with a message stating so as these documents are confidential and I cannot attach them here directly). BPD has caused severe disturbances in my life, including mood changes and extreme reactions, while ADD can lead me to hyperactivity and impulsiveness which I cannot control. I’ve been on medication since awhile but such a reaction cannot be controlled once it has been triggered. I believe one of the many reasons why this reaction was triggered is due to the fact that the tfm team ignored my previous report where a player continued to use sexist remarks towards me and it really hurt me and caused me anxiety (https://i.imgur.com/c8Zvt73.png). Not only that, but I tried to protect another player who was having fun in the village and drawing, but she was getting bullied by two other players. Apparently she drew over their rainbow drawing (just for fun as she meant no ill intentions) and they treated her poorly and harshly. The two players continued to hurl insults at me when I tried to protect her and stand up with her, which triggered an unintended reaction from me and I was reported. When I logged back in and I saw the ban, my mind couldn’t handle it and I lost control over my thoughts, composure and emotions. I made an impulsive decision where I typed a rudely worded appeal that I am so shameful of. Saying that I feel disgusted at myself is an understatement. I am beyond mortified. With that said, I would humbly like to request the team of transformice to revise or reduce my ban as this is an official appeal. I regret to have broken any rules and I wish to better myself in the future, as I believe everyone deserves a second chance and because we’re preaching love here, second chances are a vital step to spreading love. I also suggest that the TFM team asks the players to read the rules of conducts each time they have been revised since some of could be logging in after a long time. I’ve been a clean transformice player for years and this is my first ever ban. I’d like to reflect on myself and the rules of conduct, and I promise not to violate any rules of conduct in the future, if the ban is reversed or the ban period is reduced. I don’t mind if the ban time period is reduced to one year as I am ready to take that as a punishment rather than having a permanent ban.
