It's nice but it wouldn't be bad to practice a bit more and with the time you will draw people even better, just study a bit more about human's anatomy and don't look at my crappy doodle please LOL ;;

The legs have a little too much fat.

Also, you may want to practice on the shoes.

Get to know the shoes before you draw them.

The face is a little big for the body though. Even if it's supposed to be chibi.

- Where are the arms?
- Why is the head so big?
- That's a really big chin since the mouth is so high up

I can't redline and I don't do antyhing with wolves but there you go.

The arms are under the ''scarf'' thing. It is hidden in the back.

I think you should make the puff of steam connected to the mouth. It looks weird.

The head is a little too big, try making it just a tiny bit smaller. The nose and mouth aren't coloured right, either, they'd be red (?) or pink (?), not the same colour as the kitty's fur. The puff of air from it's mouth should be a little higher and a little further, actually. It seems a little too close.
And like what Haru said, the mouth is a little too far up.
Also the arms are barely seeable. I think the second arm would be somewhat visible, also.
Oh, and uh, not to sound rude but what's the thing by her ear? A flower?
The shading on the tail looks nice but I reccomend the blur tool for some places.
