Yeah, could be a troll.
Hard to tell since they say they have Asperger's Syndrome (type of autism.)

I wouldn't hold it past them to be a troll.

Update on this issue:

All of this is for real. The guy has Asperger's Syndrome and has alot of major issues.
I turned down the comic request, but am doing a couple other things for him that don't exceed my limits.
Had a good long talk with him and he seems ok with it.
