Well you only get 250 candy however you get the max number of all items and you also get all the badges/titles so basically even if you got the full amount of candy what would you do with it you have all the items maxed / badges /titles only reason you could answer is give it to friends but then that would be too abusive wouldn't you say? However you still get 250 candy and pretty sure you get the rose too.

You must use the pumpkin post-it notes that look like this; which you can either obtain from the slot machines;

...or by buying them from Von Drekkemaus on the same map for 1 candy each set of 5 of them!
To use them, you must first find them in your inventory and then click them, you draw/write anything you want and you then either click the green button on your right to send it somewhere, the blue button on your right to erase everything or the red x button on your right to close the message. When you close it your content of your note isn't being saved but the pumpkin post-it note doesn't go to waste and it's still in your inventory! :>

ahh that's true. but then again a pumpkin is right by drekke's fence now and orange swirly clouds were added.
regardless, it makes me curious as to whether or not the book was just for added decoration along with the sky and pumpkin or for something else

Well it would make sense because as the original Halloween topic says (I stricked the text that you said it doesn't apply);

Getting three Golden Candies in any slot machine gives you the grand Jackpot, which consists in all the prizes available on the event (all titles, all badges, all consumables and all the candies spent by the community).

...And by getting automatically everything except from all the candies because you already have everything event-wise can be something real but, do you have any source/proof for that for people to be sure? :0
