I'm actually really satisfied with this, but please c:

the ears could be a bit more rounder and the back legs could be shoved in more
but i like how the rune looks and how it's shining off of the fur, good job on that

the first thing i noticed is that the tail looks slightly inconsistent because the very bottom part is lined all around and then the rest of it isn't
also, the ear on the left looks slightly pointy, i know it could be just the angle that we're looking at it from but it should be more rounded looking
for the scarf, the little piece hanging down from the left has a large white spot that is bigger in comparison to the rest of the color/white patches on the scarf and around that area there is no black outline like there is on the rest of the scarf
you can also notice that on the little orange piece of the scarf it's kinda messy, a black line goes right into the orange
inside of the nose shouldn't be brown, also, it should be the color of the tail/feet/inside of the ears

still, I think it's really adorable, I especially love the way you did the hair and the shade/highlights
if you didn't do any of what i said your art is still great and i don't think anyone really would notice, i'm just nitpicking

I'll also add to Soak's crit that the carrot hangs out way too much on one side, if you have any carrots lying around try putting just the end in your mouth and the rest hanging out the side. It's hard to hold casually with your lips, you have to bite down hard to keep it from falling out the side. So the carrot should be held by the middle, not the tip.

The colouring is a tad bit messy. The collar has a little yellow in it, for example, and the linework is in some places it shouldn't be. Like the arm's lines go a tiny bit into her tail.
Speaking of the tail, you forgot to blur a little of it on the top right here; http://prntscr.com/14cuxj.

So yeah. Basically clean up a little; fix the colours and some of the lines. Other than what I've (and probably some people who'll post later) said, it looks really good.

Well imo the arm (<--------) is a little you know "chubby"
and the eye is going through the hair.
