Once you open the tribe message editor and directly click OK it will say: [19] The rank has not been changed.

Shouldn't that be "The tribe message has not been changed."?

Sometimes someone comes online but I never notice it until it says that they went offline

Sometimes it's the opposite way for me; I see when they come online but don't see when they disconnect (tribe).

I'm logged in EN server, but my whispers appear as BR.

My friend has the same problem.

He's mostly in EN but his whispers appears as ES.

Community tags reset when the server resets so it should fix itself in a couple of days.

I can not open section friends, I can not whisper, or receive whispers, I can not go to the tribe, I can not chat on the tribe, I can not change rooms, I can not view profiles, I can not do anything, just to play in the room that I appear, to start the game

Sounds like the community platform is down then. However, in regards to not being able to change rooms, are you sure you're spelling "/room" correctly?
