The browser works, but when I try to connect with the Steam client, I get "Version Incorrect". Last time reinstalling Transformice fixed this. This time it didn't. This is the second time this has happened.

Same thing with me, I had the problem yesterday as well, I tried reinstalling and it worked but the next day I get the same message again and reinstalling it again doesn't work. I thought I was the only one with the problem.

I'm also experiencing this issue, both at home (Windows) and at work (Mac).

It's refusing to load after refreshing. Welp, I guess now's a good time to catch up on some Lucky Star!

Hello, I'm currently having problems right now with the game.
Near 7:00 PM (my time) Transformice won't load my whispers, tribe chat, tribe, friendslist, cafe, etc.
I may be the only one having this problem, please anyone help me. Thanks

I've got massive lag (3000+ ping in-game), its nearly impossible to connect to the game. E: Can't connect anymore; loading never reaches 100%.
My friends seem to be fine. They have 100 ping.

I can confirm that my internet is normal and running at proper speed. Only atelier801.com and its games are loading slow.

E2: It's working now, ping is lying to me and it may crash again, idk what the problem is

I seem to have trouble logging in with my account, I am positive I haven't been banned but it seems when I attempt to login I get the infinite grey loading screen, however on another old account I have it seems to login fine, as well as a new tester one I made, however once in then it won't let me change maps.
Really quite a strange glitch, I've been playing since 2011 and never had a problem until now.

3. Have you tried on a different PC with the same internet connection? What was the result?: No I haven't. I have an old 2008 Mac OSX that I may attempt later.
4. Have you tried on the same PC, but with a different internet connection? What was the result? I have two internet routers in my house due to the sheer size, TheHill1 and TheHill2, neither work. I believe the game was working on my school wifi however after I figured out the password.
5. Do you use a browser or a standalone?: Standalone, but the browser version has no difference.
6. What company provides your internet (ISP)?: Eircom/Eir
7. The result after each of the potentional fixes listed above: No result.

Extreme server and community platform lag. People getting kicked out of game

It's not possible to do the event as it stands right now because the inventory doesn't show up.

i dont know if anyone even reads this anymore.... but, i keep getting the message "the connection to the server has been interrupted :,(" after 5-6 mins of logging in. if u are reading this please help.

it either loads till the end and then it goes blue or it stops loading and just stays on a certain number

So basically i was doing a troll on loveubabey, ( no offense ) then after a few minutes i got banned for 167 "hour(s)" So i logged out and tried to get on my main, wafflekittya, i put in the password, and it said: you have been banned for 167 hour(s), [Loveubabey]. i thought it was some sort of bug, im worried its my computer! It's been like a whole week and i STILL can't log in to this day! please help! ~Wafflekittya

i am having the same problem as well, i have no advice, but you can try to log in, restart, restart your computer, i cant get on as a guest, make a new account, or even get on my main!
