Uhhh, what's with the whiteness? There's a lot of white around the lineart of both mice. The floating mouse's paws are waaay different, one's too big and the other is too small. Make the big one a little smaller (and move it up a bit so it doesn't look like it's coming from his tummy) and make the small arm around the same size.
The balloon should be more wrapped around his tail... oh, and he should be a bit more limp. It looks like he's standing in mid-air, hehe.
Just a little note, you should use a different sized paintbrush/pencil for the whiskers, a little tiny bit smaller maybe. Anyway, the shaman's earrings are... off. One is on the lower part of the ear and one is on the upper part. Like Kittycattfm said, I don't think shamans have markings on their tail and it should also be tan, not brown (mice have furless tails I believe). The tail's tip COULD come up a little bit, too, so when the shaman stands up the tail jewlery won't fall off.
The shaman's feet look a little odd but someone else might be able to help you more on that. Also, they should be tan, too.
As for the background, try making it light blue or something. Skys aren't usually white, lmbo.

@Anyang; His shoulders are far too broad in my opinion, he's kind of a skinny guy so the broad shoulders are odd. the glasses are lopsided on his face. He looks like he stepped on them.

@Peashaman; I won't critique you on the markings of the shaman or the colour of the tail(!) as we all have personal preferences. However...
What the hell is going on with the white pixels on the mice? If you're using Paint, I suggest switching to some kind of free drawing software. It looks bad.
I can't even tell what the shaman is standing on. A bubble?
The sun's style is highly different from the style of the mice drawings.
The balloon loop is sloppily drawn.
The mouse on the balloon looks like one of his arms was cut off and it's regrowing. It's highly disproportioned to the other hand.
What are the sharp corners on the shaman's head?
Why the single px stark black outlines for the mice? Follow the rest of your style and pick similar colours.

the ear shouldn't be sticking out and the arm should be bigger and/or longer. the full circle marking on the forehead shouldn't be seen, only half of it. same with the nose and feathers. the forehead could also be a bit larger and the muzzle could also be smaller.

i would do better shading but the art program i have dosent have the capability of doing so

(anyways) i would like an opinion on my art :)

@Naturmouse; Goodness, what do you mean by bigger? It's already really huge and it's making my computer lagggggg.
My only personal issues with it is the mouse seems to have birthing hips (slim him down a little, it's really disproportioned) and the torch is curled. Torches of that style are typically straight.

@Littlechedda; I've been admiring your work from afar for a while now, I think it's cute! I saw you when you posted this in Peashaman's art contest thread. I personally have no qualms, however the tomato looks a little odd. Since I'm assuming you're going for a cherry tomato you should add a little stem or a brown spot where a stem was.

I've looked at this for a while and ignored it. But lemme just say, DON'T STOP DRAWING! I LOVE your style! It's TOTALLY unique. You really have something going - keep it up!

I am using paint, I try other drawing places but they're all difficult for me to understand. Gimp has so many items/tools... I get confused. The sham's standing on an ice ground... What do you mean by the suns style?? I didn't care about the loop its fine. I saw that arm thing but didn't care to fix it.. What sharp corners?? What if my style is being random? :DD!!!! i outline with black then color it in.

Using paint is fine, but you should try using the pencil tool and not the paint brush to avoid white around your lineart.

If you use the pencil that white won't show up?? Wow never knew that!!! Thanks!! I'll try it out
