With he new system is it the same thing with emails, like if you don't get an email within 2 weeks it means you didnt pass, or is there something new?

To be honest, it takes sometimes more than 2 weeks to evaluate an application. If you don't get an email from us within a month then you can be sure you are not accepted.

I thought I recalled it being 2 weeks but nvm
Last question from me, if you didn't get accepted are you allowed to try again another time, If so how long?

You are allowed to try again but give it some time. You can ask why you were denied and if it was simply because of your app then improve it. If it is from other things such as attitude you should probably wait awhile.

^ He probably meant that if someone is part of the Vote Crew and then turns 18, will he be part of the Map Crew instead of the Vote Crew.
