I'd tried to log into Transformice today, yet seem to not be able to. I've browsed through the recent complaints above, and have seen at least one other person with the same problem, yet I can't find an answer. I've tried both browser and standalone (That's the version you download from Transformice.com, right?) and both don't seem to work. Everytime I'd try to log in, it would go grey (as in, the screen's designs would be there but like someone laid a film of grey over it) and just stayed this way for a really long time until I closed the browser/game.

I looked through the forums mentioned briefly and I don't think the game is down? I could be wrong.

The problem started today, at around 2:00 Pacific (that's when I noticed it.) I don't have any other internet I could connect to either.
I've not tried any other pc's, because I don't have one in the house currently, and I use a HP laptop with Windows 10. Is this possibly a ban?

ANyone's transformice not working today?

@Infurmation,

Read the first post of this thread, try those things out first.
TFM was facing technical problems yesterday, lot of problems. It could be the reason you weren't able to connect to the game.

It should be okay now, If it doesn't work despite that, try connecting to the game via Steam. If you had Steam installed before the problem, I suggest re-installing and trying it out.

It started happening to me since the start of this day please fix it soon im sure its not my dns or computer or internet because i use a bootable usb that resets to default after every restart and the problem keeps happening after restarting

4. Have you tried on the same PC, but with a different internet connection? What was the result? : Yes, it was the same result
5. Do you use a browser or a standalone?: A browser (Checked it out on Google chrome and Firefox.. also used different link versions one being the http://www.transformice.com/ and the other being http://www.kongregate.com/games/atelier801/transformice but it gave the same result)
6. What company provides your internet (ISP)? : For both the cases, in relation to point 4, I used Reliance Communications and Airtel
7. The result after each of the potentional fixes listed above: No luck, cleared cache multiple times but its still there..

Hope somebody will be able to help with this and Thank you in advance!

That's not a bug, its just the server having problems.

Hey Timanshe, It looks like you've loaded transformice from steam being in offline mode. Try loading the game with the online mode of Steam or check your internet connection. Hope it helps :D

Ahh hello- I need a bit of help..
I started have a issue with transformice not connecting to the server I'm not sure if its my internet connection or not..

Because of reasons I do not have another computer nor can't travel to anyothe internet connections.. so thats marked off.
I use steam which is the standalone(?) often with works fine but the browser does not work sadly..

Try using different versions of the game on different browsers :

Try all possible browsers you have to check, also try if the other atelier games (Nekodancer, Bouboum, etc, work well normally)

I logged on 3 times today and guess what.


I get logged out.

2 times of crashing
3rd time.... it had to shut down the severs.

Is my Internet slow or something?

The sever shut down was at like 6:00am ish

Well... two of the websites didn't load the game and the last link didn't work..
I did try using internet explorer and transformice did not load at all so..

Actually, nekodancer didn't work so I tried transformice but it didn't work at all so.. I did try other atelier801 games.

Your steam works well, right? When did it exactly start happening on the browser? Before you noticed the problem, were you playing on the standalone/steam version of the game or the browser version? And also, did you try all the atelier games like that.. was the result the same?
