Mapcrew members are required to be 18+, however if you are not 18+ and would like to help out with map crew, you may still apply. However, what you are able to do if accepted will be limited, mostly consisting of voting on/reviewing maps. Do not lie about your age, as this can only hurt your chances.

^ Don't load them in Map editor but in tribehouse.

If you mean Voting mapcrew, helping out consists mostly of voting on maps (i.e. discussions), participating in contest organization and something more "behind the scene".
