The Top:
In the Top it is an Integral.
This means the orriented surface of the Fuktion from 0 to infinity.
orriented means, surfaces in the positiv will be added and surfaces in the negative will be substituted.
When you look at a sinus funktion, a period will then always equal 0.
The t under the fraction will progressively lower the amplitude (hight) meaning lim t->infinty = 0.
The result of the Top part is 0.

0 divided by everything equals 0, so the lower part is just irritation to confuse you.

If i am Wrong, in the lower part, the ugly E stands for Summ.
In short: Every Number from 0 to Infinity will be seperate put in and added, until you put in the last number for n (infinity).
