its working now you should be able to invite people to your tribe now and send marriage requests

I didn't found it but I can't marry again and it is now 4 days ago.

Seems to be coming back up, incredibly laggy though.

Edit: Nevermind, went down again.
I don't think the Platform will be fixed until Monday like two weeks ago when it was really laggy. It is past midnight for them, also it was Tig's birthday, so really didn't have any freetime today, so it could be fixed tomorrow.

I sent like 500 messages to a friend but only the like 5th one went through
