It just randomly started happening three days ago. It was working fine before.
But I did delete an AdBlocker and websites started to not work anymore..?

Well sometimes steam needs to update so I use the browser.. but the browser didn't work..
I did accidentally delete an Ad Blocker.. After I did that everything went crazy.. I can't re-download the Ad blocker because it was a older version than the current one.
I usually play on the standalone, but I've been using the standalone for quite awhile and I didn't have any problems.

I can't take any screen-shots because my computer is being an ass and not uploading files now.
But I did try all of them I got the same response for all of them, i'm not sure why its not working..
ahh I don't think it can be fixed..?

The Adblocker? was it an extension of one of the Browsers? Chrome? Firefox? I hope you've tried everything listed in the first post of this thread?

Also, did you try the other atelier games? all of them? What was the result?

Ah my old computer actually broke down.. and won't turn on
I won't be having connection problems anymore since I got a new computer which transformice works fine.

transformice stops loading for me at about 25%~ and I don't know why

i can't connect the game, it stop loading for me at about 30%~, although i use steam and download mice. But my friends can play mice normally.

You've mentioned you've tried browsers and the standalone too? Did you try Steam?

Sorry for the delay in replying :l

You see, this "Tentative de connexion au serveur.." message comes when your IP is trying to establish a connection to the tfm ports.
The "Unable to connect to the game, please retry later." message comes when the server itself cannot establish a connection with your Ip to one of tfm's ports.

Here are somethings that I know that will definitely make the game work :

• This is a problem with the IP locality and the Tfm ports. Connecting through a different computer with the same Ip works even in the same location because the server notices a new source (a new pc used to connect). I would also recommend using System restoring (on your Pc) to a point before the problem started arising if there are some recent changes you've done in the system that may have minutely caused this problem and only if you don't have other recent imp documents installed.
• Connecting through Steam. Steam itself doesn't connect directly through the game, It uses a different hostname which involve connecting through one of its "SteamIds" which solve most problems.
• Writing a contact form if you can't try the above methods. Be sure to list everything about your problem there. It does take time for a reply to come so you'll have to wait and be patient :/

One night when i logged on i was playing and the connection to the server has been interupted then i waited 10 min, i came back to the computer and it is still loading. If you know how to help because some days tranceformice connection is bad sometimes

1. Ever since I installed Ubuntu (16.04), It worked for around the first day or so but afterwards it didn't work at all

4. Tried it with a Modem, didn't work as well
5. Using the browser version(since there isn't an Ubuntu standalone as far as I know of

7.a)Tried clearing cookies and cache(actually wait I don't think i did clear cache, I'll have to check on that later): nothing
b)Pinged the server to see whether it was online, it was and still nothing
c)Using browser version on Firefox so I don't think this matters?
d)Went through my firewall, transformice is not blocked on it and port 443 is open and surprise! nothing.

It may be due to ubuntu but it worked fine for the first few days so I don't see why it should stop working all of a sudden. Thanks in advance.

Oh, and one more thing I forgot to mention, when I restart my PC I'm able to get on transformice for a few minutes before I get disconnected and then the same thing happens.

I have Windows 7 64bit, the latest version of Firefox. The game runs on Chrome smoothly, but it's not the browser I use. Any help? Can you look into it? I cleaned TFM cookies, I restarted the browser... No luck so far.

Never mind what I just said, I reloaded the page instantly blocked flash and then re-enabled it and the game works fine now.

I fixed my problem, I just cleaned my browser's cache.
