But in vigenere, TRA with the key TRA gives MIA
and USB with key USB gives OKC

i = 4 * S - 78 = 4 * 26 - 78 = 26

X = S[26-20] + S[26-18] + S[26-1] (x1 = 20, x2 = 18, x3 = 1)
X = S[6] + S[8] + S[25]

But S = ' Z Y X ... C B A' and not ABC...XYZ and S[0] = Z

So X = S[6] + S[8] + S[25] = T + R + A = TRA

(USB is with S[1] = Z, but it's false)
