I wonder because small communities which have no staff members (he, fi, lt,et, cz), even not one. Or other communities that have inactive staff members (ro, lv, id etc.)
How could they give a feedback if there's not feedback thread for their server? Where could they give feedback to the whole staff team they contact when they need something?

It's solely for the EN/E2 community, do not use it to discuss other staff from other communities or make suggestions for other communities. Not all communities are going to have feedback threads for staff members unless they want to. It's unlikely smaller communities will have their own feedback thread for staff if they don't have staff members or very little staff members.

The EN/E2 staff team wanted to have a thread specifically for giving players the space to give constructive criticism, feedback, or suggestions they feel that mods, sentinels, or mapcrew could benefit from. Similarly, the BR community has a thread for giving feedback for their moderation team and we felt our community could benefit from it as well.
