I still don't understand why Digi won if his map was P9'd way before the contest winners were decided..doesn't that make it a bit unfair considering he won't really win a perm as it was already permed before?

His map wasn't P9 before the contest. It was discussed and reviewed by the Map Crew though, so he may have been given feedback on how to improve it for P9. If this is true, his map should be disqualified. The map may be good but that doesn't mean it should be the exception to a rule which all other maps should follow.

I beleive the map was P9d during the contest, after he entered it into the contest, as far as I know it was already P9 when the winners were announced.
I never said the map was good ;3 so I don't know why you are talking about it not being an exception blahblah.

It was P9'ed after submission time.

I said the map was good because most people seem to think so, and it won.
