You need to make more realistic raindroplets though..
Also, raining would be much different from snow.

Some ideas/issues/questions, I have.

* It won't be able to be holdable (Ex: Unlike Snowballs).
* Will it have a time limit of when to stop?
* If this new effect is added to T4M, will it be able to create special effects?
Ex: Floods, Mice hold umbrellas/have hoodies, Water/Mud puddles.. ETC.

I hope this new addition (If added), won't make any new or more laggs.

It was probably laggy because of the boat moving (Moving grounds sometimes cause laggs).
Anyways, rain will probably work like snow, if snow doesn't cause lagg, rain will not cause much lagg too.
