I got a problem.See that chespin? Well,whenever i paint,there would be white spots everywhere.Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Well. What art program you are currently using? If it's MS Paint, I think you need to use the Pencil Tool.

It depends on the settings you used. I haven't used GIMP in years so excuse me for my memory. SAI, I'm not to familar with. If you use the paint bucket tool on some brushes, it may appear as that. I'm sure experimenting with the features might help until you get your "desired" effect.
