Artrage? As much as I know, it's free.
And definitely virus free.
I didn't download it for myself though, my parents did, so I don't know where to get it :/

I now officially HATE this chipmunk fur.
It does look pretty and cute but it's a nightmare to draw, honestly. For me at least.

It's quite hard to get this part where dark brown turns into light brown right :/ Luckily my drawing program has a tool which leaves a similar effect.
