I change it when something new comes out that I like.
I have an obsession with outfits that are mostly the same colour, so. :x

I change it then after a few rounds don't like it, and then change it back. Heh.

I don't change my costume too much because I don't have much items, I don't have any cheese left because I just a brought a color
