I have a feeling its gonna be a good one this time :D

Also is it the same with Sents like with Mods....you know, like with Mods they do a lot of training, so its quite a long period of time from when they get picked to be sents to when they actually become sents?

In game apps aren't really "mod" apps, they are staff apps, so it shouldn't surprise you that the chosen applcants don't get modded right away (if ever). However sent applications are more direct since there is no other staff position on forums aside from full sentinel.
