The xml Beachking provided is bad, it enables the drawing area to move around.
In order to create a steady drawing area, make 2 overlapping grounds with infinite mass.
Here is a base XML of how to do it

You can say that. Both of the Xml's that are on there move around too. But it only moves around with just a pin. Plus it doesn't really affect it anyways it won't break or lagg :P
