1. Nothing, trolling is part of the game. It's fun to troll.

2. Nothing... except for when they spawn cannons. That's the only thing that annoys me.

3. I'm cool with being trolled unless I'm on the urge to level up.. XD

4. No. Trolling is part of the game. People should never be reported for trolling. If they annoy you, suggest a vote-ban.

I just laugh at all the mice who get mad :D
