There will be, can't really give you a date though. Unfortunately when the old forums crashed we lost everything, so we're slowly rewriting things and remaking everything we had there. We're drafting up the rules for the submission threads which I'd like to get posted this week, then we'll get working on the application process again. Sorry for the delay, I know it sucks suddenly not having anywhere to post maps / no application info but we're doing what we can get back on track.

Looking at the Map Crew members list, Det was definitely one of the best members. It's sad to see you go, but considering what the Map Crew has become, it was inevitable that you would leave.

So, who does not? But the new members(if there will be) should be not a people WHO only wants the rights and thats all. They should have skills in this area, so they can not only change map's categories, they should give an advices to the map makers, so that way they will improve the map making at all.

But that's what a Map Crew member ever do if he/she see any errors which may be fixed or rearranged in the map(s). The Map Crew work, from what I receive from the team and most of people too, is not a "simple evaluating and just tell if the map is good or not", in some cases, of course if needed, tips are given to help the map-making.

I never seem to see any EN Art Map Crew members online. Would it be okay if I submitted some Art maps to an online Map Crew member that doesn't deal with Art maps to pass on to an actual Art Map Crew member when they got on later?

Almost everyone check all categories, just some exceptions like me, I don't check p7.

Yeah, I agree. But it does not mean that you(or the new member) should only stay and say - p1, p6, p7, etc. If they are going to be a good members, they should give advices and that way they will improve the skills of the map makers.

May i ask what you'll do about VK mapcrew members?
As far as i know, non of the rather good map makers, nor people with more than normal knowledge of maps, are from Scandinavia.

Everybody is now trying to be smart to be the new MapCrew member, lol. You are talking about the new member (?), but you even don't know if will have an 'election'.
