The Mysterious ID server Chapter 4 The team stared at the cave walls, wondering what they ran into. Joel felt that this was indeed a sacred place. The markings on the walls glowed as bright as midnight runes and shimmered like stars in the night sky. Everyone stopped and took a glance and the sparkling cave drawings written everywhere on the dark cold cave. Joel gazed at the ancient writing, trying to code it out. He quickly took out the coder from his belt and examined it with wonder. "It says here lies the ones unranked." shouted out Joel on the other side. The rest of the team quickly followed him. He pointed out the drawings of similar mice known from the past. Blackwave, Salimkneith, Legentil, Jjeeerry, and others known that existed. Dazed, he took a short note of it on his small note pad. Linxus walked around the large mysterious cavern, wondering what could this have been. He jumped in terror when he slept right past a dark creepy cave hole. Cindy shivered as Linxus slowly stepped towards the tunnel. Worried, she rushed right to his side. She sighed and continued to walk forward to the mysterious black tunnel. " W-who are you?" whispered a voice. The team froze in shock. The voice whispered again, slowly and carefully. Linxus grabbed a match from his belt, wondering who this strange voice was. He quickly lit a small waxy candle from his belt. The team immediately sighed in relief, knowing it was just a mouse. "We are Team Oppa, The EN Anti-Hack Brigade." introduced Kia. "And who are you?" The mouse stared in confusion. "I am Choo." replied the mouse. He grabbed a small glowing stone and chucked it right at strange mark on the cavern. "Watch this!" yelled Choo in exctitment. The tunnel entrance ringed with soothing tones, although it shook like an earth quake. Cindy screamed as small pieces of stone fell down from above. Choo quickly guided the team through a small dark entrance. The tunnel was quite narrow, despite the pitch black darkness lurking from the other side. It was barely glowed by small pebbles, which stood near the rough ground. Choo halted at a small cave room. He quickly opened up the hardwood door and lead the team into a small room, lot by a candle. "Welcome to my profile page." smiled Choo. The team stared at him in confusion, never hearing about it before. "You know what CFM is, right?" Choo asked. Joel's eyes grew as wide as watermelons. "B-but wasn't CFM destroyed after the cave-in on EN and BR?" stared Joel in awe. Choo laughed and grabbed a small glass of water. "Hmm, what?" asked Choo. He turned on his small radio. "Wasn't CFM dead after they lost connection with EN and the rest of the servers?" shouted Joel over the noisy radio. Choo quickly turned off the radio. "You've been told lies." Choo replied in a stern voice. The team stared in confusion, for Sydoline had told them the news. "I shall tell later the true story.." yawned Choo. He quickly lit up another candle and got in his small bed. There were a couple of beds above him, so the team slept just because they needed it. Joel still could not believe what Choo had told him. bumping for 5th chapter c: -- The Mysterious ID server Chapter 5 Linxus slowly opened his eyes. He had no idea what time it was since the room was so dark he couldn't see anything past his whiskers. He quietly got up, trying not to wake up the others. His belt slightly rattled in the dark as he sneaked past Choo and The Team. The mysterious pebbles on the floor still glowed as bright as the night runes. He carefully took out a small candle from his belt and lit it with a match. It was extremely hard to see the time on his wrist watch with the amount of light given. He stared at his wrist watch, trying to get a glimpse of the time. His eyes burned from focusing on the pitch black dark spot by his arm, barely seeing even his arm. He finally gave up and took his chances to waking everyone up. "Wake up!" hollered Linxus from the small tunnel outside of the door. Everyone slowly, but surely, got up. Choo quickly located his small bag filled with cheese and weapons. He smiled and carried on with the rest of the group, which was less than a tail's length behind. The small glowing pebbles barely lighted the trail, only bright enough to see what they were stepping on. They finally stopped at a familiar looking area, instead it was lighted with candles. Choo sat down and opened up his wood-carved sword. "We are at a dangerous place.." warned Choo, who looked extremely brave despite his shy personality. Joel quickly jumped in pain. He turned around, wondering if anything was there. Linxus and Cindy felt it too, instead it was right at the tips of their tail. Joel had remembered stories long ago about a killing lag that lurked deep inside the tomb of Cheeseformice, but he doubted that it could have been true. He understood why Choo warned them, but they can't fight lag, can they? The pain stinged again with this time a burning sensation. It was time they got out. "We'll have to get to Wingcestor if we want to live." whispered Choo in a frail voice. The team noticed that they were not the only ones' feeling the pain too. He quickly lead the way to a larger tunnel, lit by candles that seemed to never burn out. Cindy coughed in pain, they seemed to be going towards the lag instead of away. Joel was extremely surprised that anyone could live through this terrible lag. They slowly walked through a leaf-like door, entirely made out of vines and other parts of the forest. A small Windmaster shaman appeared. She looked straight at the team and back at Choo. "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?" screamed Wingcestor with a wacky tone in her voice. The team could immediatley tell that she was crazy from living through the painful lag all these years. Choo kindly introduced the 4 mice, explaing that they were apart of The EN Anti-hack brigade. At the same time, he stared at their amazing spy belts. Linxus smiled in pride as The Windmaster shaman bowed down towards the mice. "I shall take them from here." replied Wingcestor. "Good day to you all, I hope you enjoyed the wonderful lag I must live through on my profile page." Cindy quietly giggled to herself at the sight of this crazy shaman in the middle of nowhere. Linxus glared back at her. "N-now, where were we?" asked Wingcestor, half asleep on her chair. Linxus was about to open his mouth when Wingcestor all the sudden deployed her wings. Everyone stared in awe at the sight of her sparkling, light blue angel wings. Cindy ran up and touched the wings, which were as light as feathers. "You may leave now, Choo." instructed Wingcestor. Choo slowly walked away with a frown on his face. "I do enjoy working with spies." replied Choo as he humbly stepped outside by the door. Linxus ran after him and grabbed a random object from his belt. "A water bottle meant for spies." smiled Linxus as he handed over the object which appeared to be a shiny custom made waterbottle. Choo couldn't thank him enough for such a gift. He smiled back and waved as he head back to his profile page, along with his bag of weapons. Wingcestor called back Linxus to his profile page. She slowly took out a companion crate box from her bed. "Tonight we shall plan for war." yawned Wingcestor. Linxus could not believe that the windmaster was tired already, but sleeping through the lag was probably a pain. The team hopped back into the comfy beds and slowly went to sleep. -- Please note any typos here and I shall change them, thanks! |

here is the 6th chapter! -- The Mysterious ID server Chapter 6 A sharp pain woke everyone up. Startled, Linxus slammed his head hard against the wall. Cindy panicked as half of her tail went missing for a few seconds. Linxus knew what had happened, they had encountered a lag spike. Wingcestor slowly got up as the rest of the team stood there, still recovering. "That was worse than yesterday!" shouted Wingcestor. Linxus and the others felt bad for the crazy windmaster, knowing that this is what she had to live through every day. She quickly grabbed a small slice of cheese and teleported out of the door. Starving, the team searched for any kind of food. Nothing in sight. "C'mon folks!" cried out Wingcestor, way ahead of everyone else. The team slowly caught up with the swift windmaster. For some reason the lag had been much easier along the way, even if it seemed they were getting closer and closer each day to what was causing it. Joel quickly noticed that they had been walking in a large pipe the whole time. Maybe this windmaster wasn't so crazy after all? A loud roaring noise shook the route. Everyone halted right at their tracks. Joel carefully listened for the noise again, this time it was louder. He could also slightly hear the screams of a small mouse. "Someone's over there!" hollered Joel, in front of the group. Wingcestor stopped and listened. She could definitely hear a sound of a mouse. The team thought for a few moments, wondering if they should help the mouse there or not. Another blood curdling scream was heard. In reaction, Joel quickly rushed towards the end of the pipe. He slammed his head right against an unseen door. Half conscious, he slowly peeked outside, wondering what was behind the door. Another earth-pounding roar was heard, this time it knocked Joel off his feet. He could tell that he was extremely close to what was causing the trouble. Joel cautiously walked out of the pipe. In horror, he saw an extremely laggy skeletal cat. It looked as big as the capital building in EN and as deadly as a rattle snake. Behind it, he could only take a glimpse of a small spotted mouse. The cat's claws were as big as Joel himself, and it's fangs were sharper than the swords he used to play around with. He carefully turned around when all the sudden he was thrown off of his feet. Blood swirled in his eyes as he slowly passed out. Nothing was remembered. -- please tell me if you notice any typos, thanks! |
