I believe the Head Item Category should have priority over the Neck Item Category, meaning the scarves go under head items. I don't like how it looks when you have hair on and you put a neck item over it; looks stupid.
Also... Perhaps a mouth accessory where it looks like your mouse's tongue is sticking out? :P
